The block can be used both indoors and outdoors, is very robust and dimensionally stable. The cork material is skin-friendly and does not scratch your body. The block is rounded all around, so it does not poke, press or wobble during your training. The block is also non-slip due to its natural surface and is therefore perfect for your extensive exercise sessions. Each of the blocks can support up to 150 kg of body weight. To ensure that you enjoy your cork block for a long time, wipe it occasionally with a damp cloth.
